The Oretha Castle Haley Boulevard Merchants & Business Association, sponsor of the O. C. Haley Boulevard Main Street Initiative as part of the Louisiana State “Main to Main” Main Streets Cultural Road Show is hosting the 4thAnnual “Make A Joyful Noise” Gospel Extravaganza, Arts Festival and Community Marketplace in conjunction with Café Reconcile’s 10th Anniversary Celebration “Building on 10” Block Party.”. On Saturday, November 6, 2010 from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. in the 1600 and 1700 blocks of Oretha Castle Haley Boulevard we will vibrate with the sounds of gospel music! The festival is free and open to the public. Oretha Castle Haley Boulevard is a Louisiana State Main Street and certified cultural district.
