The Sound Source began operation in 1987.  And although TSS has gone through some changes over the years, the one thing that has remained consistent is its steadfast enthusiasm for customer service. From fairs and festivals to corporate events, TSS can handle all of your technical needs: sound, lighting, audio-visual, backline, retail, repairs, installations and consultation.

After twenty-one years and having proven that it is not another fly by night endeavor, The Sound Source continues to strive for excellence.  In 2003, TSS moved its warehouse into a new facility in New Orleans, one large enough to house its ever expanding inventory...we thought.  

As we continue to expand our inventory to meet our clients ever changing needs.  We now have a second warehouse facility to house some of this new gear.    

With each passing day TSS  searches for new and more efficient ways to accommodate its clients, and toward what has been a common commitment since its inception; to be the most dependable, the most competitive, and the most professional company in its market.
